The tops are the same on either bench — your choice of leg diameter determines whether it's a standard Magnum on 1.75" legs or the Ultra Magnum on extra-heavy 2.5" OD steel. The added weight and rigidity makes a noticeable difference for heavier, large-caliber rifles.
The cut-out you lay into is curved — because we don't have straight lines on our body, and neither should your bench. Flip any top over and reverse the hardware to switch between a right- and left-hand setup.
